  • Oversee the operations of 4 outlets within the Surabaya area to ensure consistency in quality and service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and their teams to meet company goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Monitor and manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory.
  • Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters team to align with brand standards and strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with the local community to strengthen brand presence.
  • Liaise with the Franchise Manager from head office for inspection and audit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the F&B industry for at least 3–5 years.
  • Strong English skills both written and spoken.
  • Expertise in streamlining operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Ability to address challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Capacity to plan and execute long-term business strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and service standards.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends to improve performance.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Currently living in Surabaya and the greater area is preferred.
