- Oversee the operations of 4 outlets within the Surabaya area to ensure consistency in quality and service.
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and their teams to meet company goals.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Monitor and manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory.
- Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the headquarters team to align with brand standards and strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with the local community to strengthen brand presence.
- Liaise with the Franchise Manager from head office for inspection and audit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the F&B industry for at least 3–5 years.
- Strong English skills both written and spoken.
- Expertise in streamlining operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Ability to address challenges quickly and effectively.
- Capacity to plan and execute long-term business strategies.
- Excellent understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and service standards.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends to improve performance.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Currently living in Surabaya and the greater area is preferred.
