Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Import Procurement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of international procurement processes, customs regulations, and import procedures.
- Understand import documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Proven experience in processing import documents and correspondence with local and international suppliers.
- Ability to negotiate with third parties, including suppliers, customers, and customs authorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
