Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-property management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and align diverse teams.
  • Proficient in operational analysis and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
