Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and guidance to Operation Managers at each hotel to ensure consistent performance and guest satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and oversee corporate-level operational strategies and standards.

- Proficient in operational analysis and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
