- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong English communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and have a good decision making skills
- Have knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and financial management
- Understanding of staff management, health and safety regulations, and computer programs
- Currently living in Jakarta and the greater area is preferred
