Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory, and handle ordering processes.
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team, ensuring efficient and exceptional guest service.
- Maintain and uphold high standards of service and food quality.
- Oversee daily shift operations, manage cash transactions, and ensure a smooth and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver operational excellence while fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, food and beverage standards, and all applicable laws.
Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Local expats only – No relocation assistance available.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Bali, applications without this will not be considered.
- Proven experience in top-tier Bali restaurants.
- Fluent English communication on any topic is required.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in premium restaurants or five-star hotels (global standards only local hotel experience will not be considered).
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage pairings.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, highly proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Additional (Preferred) Qualifications:
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
