Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory, and handle ordering processes.
  • Lead and supervise the restaurant team, ensuring efficient and exceptional guest service.
  • Maintain and uphold high standards of service and food quality.
  • Oversee daily shift operations, manage cash transactions, and ensure a smooth and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver operational excellence while fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, food and beverage standards, and all applicable laws.

Qualifications (Mandatory):

  • Local expats onlyNo relocation assistance available.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Bali, applications without this will not be considered.
  • Proven experience in top-tier Bali restaurants.
  • Fluent English communication on any topic is required.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in premium restaurants or five-star hotels (global standards only local hotel experience will not be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage pairings.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, highly proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Additional (Preferred) Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
