Account Executive - PR & Digital is responsible for supporting the development and execution of public relations and digital marketing campaigns. This role involves managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of PR and digital initiatives. The Account Executive will work closely with the account and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals, while also managing social media, influencer outreach, and media relations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to:

• Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.

• Support the creation of PR materials, including press releases, media kits, and case studies, ensuring they are distributed to the appropriate media outlets.

• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement, in line with digital strategies.

• Monitor and report on media coverage, social media performance, and campaign results to clients and internal teams.

• Coordinate influencer and media outreach, maintaining relationships with key media contacts and influencers for PR campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including the creative, digital, and PR teams, to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and meet quality standards.

• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and day-to-day communication, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of PR and digital campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning with their feedback.

• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for clients, as well as tracking project timelines and budgets.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media platform changes, and PR best practices to offer new ideas and strategies to clients.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, or relevant experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • preferably have 1-3 years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or client management, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Basic knowledge of PR tools for media outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with basic understanding of design software being a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and offer proactive solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all work.
