This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts.The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship.Account Executive is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.
The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers. Job Description:
- To generate revenue from sales of Emerhub products and services
- At all times, following Emerhub SOPs, to promptly answer incoming inquiries related to doing business in Indonesia from Emerhub website, emails, calls, and other communication or sales channel
- Analyze client’s inquiries and propose solutions based on their needs
- Define and offer business solutions for the clients in line with Emerhub solutions
- Prepare and deliver an appropriate presentation on Emerhub services
- Actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities
- Provide an end-to-end consultation to Emerhub`s clients
- Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers
- Work together with different teams to ensure the best possible service for our clients
- Account Management of clients:
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding the client’s problem/needs and proposing the best solution
- Working closely with other teams to finalize clients’ projects and achieve excellent results
- Maintaining a relationship with key accounts by providing information, support, and guidance
- Maximize the revenue generated per client
- Identify and target sales lead
- Set and exceed sales quotas
- Prospect clients and understand their needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
- Having a minimum of 1–3 years work experience
- Must have a proven B2B sales track record
- Preferably from a consulting firm
- Fluent in English both spoken and written and effective communication skills
- Ready to work in office Kuta, Bali
