Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with agency services.

2. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute campaigns aligned with client objectives.

3. Oversee project timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule.

4. Monitor campaign budgets to stay within allocated resources while maximizing impact.

5. Analyze campaign performance and prepare client reports with actionable insights.

6. Identify opportunities for account growth and support agency expansion.

7. Work closely with creative teams to ensure client visions are accurately executed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

2. At least 1-2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role, preferably in an agency.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Analytical skills to assess performance and provide data-driven insights.

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

7. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

8. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills to achieve client goals.
