Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Ciputra Group in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, planning, and reporting. Daily tasks involve managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring budget adherence.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
  • BOQ preparation and Cost Planning expertise
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant work experience in construction or real estate industry. Having experience at least 2 years as Quantity Surveyor (Estimator) Infrastrucuture in Developer Company or Consultant Quantity Surveyor
  • Candidate should be willing to work at CitraLand City Centre Point of Indonesia (CPI) Makassar, South Sulawesi
