The key responsibilities of a executive search associate/intern include:
- Identifying and developing big corporation client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting high-level executives candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable executive candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Briefing candidates to prepare for interview, get insight and analyze on high-level executive candidate on how they closed into big corporation
The key qualifications of a executive search associate/intern include:
- Able to establish a framework for an inclusive search
- Able to use sourcing tools and organizational networks to find potential candidates
- Able to maintain relationships with high-level candidate
- Bachelor degree from renowned university abroad or in Indonesia, from Faculty of Engineering, Business Schools, Faculty of Science and Technology with 3,5 out of 4.0 GPA, or 3.0 for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) majors
- Preferable have done internship in renowned company from multiple industry and previously held leadership role in campus organization
- Master degree are welcomed to apply
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to excel in high-speed environment
- Able to research comprehensively on various industry
