Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Connectivity and Digital Infrastructure company for the role of Business Development Associate, with at least 5 years experience in the field.

Primary responsibilities:

• ​​​​​Capture information from Sales and Market intelligence to segment ISPs into different segments based on size, strategy, customer focus, service quality etc.

• Develop new standard commercial models based on Target ISP segments' needs

• Develop pricing proposals for ISP customers

• Understand customer needs and adapt the company's standard commercial models to customer need.

• Develop ISP-view of business case for the partnership to accelerate the Pre-sales process

• Develop internal financial business cases to justify investments for new Build to Suit contracts or justify changes in commercial model/ pricing for Co-location contracts

• Interface with internal Finance teams to validate business case outputs and socialise with key investor stakeholders

• Work with customers commercial and legal teams and internal legal teams to negotiate contract terms.

• Use In-house digital tools and track key metrics to continuously monitor the health of all ISPs on the company's network and other key ISP competitors.

• Develop and own the analytical model to determine best area fit for ISPs to launch business with the company.

• Continuously identify new areas to open up to ISPs based on their success/ track record and penetration levels in other areas, to open up new growth opportunities

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business

• 5 years relevant experience in B2B Commercial Management, Business Development - preferably in B2B Telecom or Telecom Infrastructure business. Experience in B2B Technology Product companies also acceptable

• Alternatively, 5-7 years relevant experience in Management Consulting (Engagement Manager level), with experience of developing client relationships through business development

• Strong financial modelling skills

• High quality and persuasive Proposal development and presentation skills

• Good understanding of FTTH Infrastructure business model (good to have, not a must have)

• Fluent in both Bahasa and English
