Your Role

  • Act as first point of contact for all equipment manufacturers and key account customers
  • Partake in weekly/monthly meetings with customers, to ensure that divisional products and service levels are being achieved and use the opportunity to make product recommendations to same and up-sell project solutions
  • Be the internal driver within IAS to align service offerings and improvements to enhance business with OEM and KA customers
  • Be the internal driver within the organisations of OEM/KA customers to find across site synergies and improvements to develop business for IAS
  • Compile and build all sales tenders with focus on commercial and legal requirements with our customer base.
  • Assist BLM, Sales Managers and Sales Engineers with all customer pricing and service issues that relate to same customer base
  • Attend site meetings when required
  • Ensure rpoject, labour, parts and pricing is at the standard and all details uploaded and maintained.


To succeed, you will need

  • Proven sales experience
  • A technical background or qualification. If you have a good sales background, positive attitude, and aptitude to learn, we can teach you the rest!
  • Key Account experience is preferred however not imperative
  • Experience or knowledge of adhesive dispensing technology.
  • A driving licence - this is a field-based role, and you will be travelling regularly across the country
  • Ability to travel daily. Including ad hoc travel to other office locations when required
  • Excellent IT skills, and desire to learn new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
