As a Solar Sales Executive (Fluent in Mandarin & English), you will play a key role in promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to Mandarin-speaking clients. You will be responsible for managing leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in both residential and commercial markets. Your role will involve educating customers on the benefits of solar energy, providing tailored solutions, and guiding them through the installation process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads within the Mandarin-speaking community.
  • Conduct consultations and present solar solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
  • Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems is an advantage, but not essential (training provided).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
