Job Description:

• Job title: Middleware Engineer
• Perform installation and configuration of Middleware according to customer needs within the established timeframe.
• Prepare reports related to Middleware installation and configuration (Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance).
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and identify solutions to resolve Middleware issues.
• Resolve or escalate technical issues related to Middleware or the results of troubleshooting to the principal and ensure appropriate and timely solutions are obtained.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of middleware, servers, networks, and software architecture concepts.
• Familiar with middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka, IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, or similar (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix) and command line skills.
• Ability to work with programming languages such as Java, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to logically solve technical problems.
• Able to work independently or within a team effectively.
• High motivation to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates or those with internship experience in relevant fields are a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
