Job Description
- Ensure that clients' tracking for google ads, facebook ads have been set up properly.
- Create schedule to review each project consultants (PC) clients' funnels (eg: monday - review PC C's clients together with PC C etc).
- Review clients’ funnels paid ads in terms of traffic, leads, buyers.
- Give suggestions/tweaks on what to improve for 3.
- Educate project consultants about paid marketing strategy, tracking and execution.
- Create training session on paid marketing (google ads and facebook ads) for project consultant team once/month.
- Create summary report of improvement for each client month to month basis (if possible in 1 google sheet contain all clients).
- Find the reference for per industry for financial B2C, FMCG B2C, Health Service B2C, Beauty B2C, Transportation service B2B. (%Traffic to lead conversion; Cost/lead; % Leads to buyers conversion).
Minimum Qualifications
- Have minimum 3-4 years of work experience in managing Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
- Marketing specialist, have knowledge and update to digital marketing.
- Able to multitask and work thoroughly.
- Have a good communication skill and adaptable.
- Highly committed on work result and target.
