- Manage and update product listings on Tokopedia and Shopee, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search visibility.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates on Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including flash sales, discount offers, and bundling promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, banners, and product descriptions that align with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior on both platforms.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with account managers from Tokopedia and Shopee to stay updated on platform features, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in platform-driven events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest eCommerce trends, platform updates, and competitive activities in the Indonesian market.
- Identify and implement new features or strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Have an experience in managing online stores on Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian eCommerce landscape.
- Proficiency in using eCommerce tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
