Role:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce accounts.

• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition

• Planning monthly target for each marketplace and brand to achieve the target.

• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance, conversion rates, traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and engage potential customers.

• Manage online sales platforms and partnerships, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to continuously refine online sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and guide strategic improvements in online sales efforts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates to expand brand visibility and reach.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in online sales and e-commerce.

• Monitor web analytics, analyze KPIs and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and maximize conversion.

• Analyze traffic and user behaviors with insights to improve conversion.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in online sales in the beauty, personal care or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries.

• Proficiency in managing online sales platforms and understanding current marketplace trends. (experience in managing Tiktok account is a plus;)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to market and technological changes.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate online sales performance and devise improvement strategies.

• Ability to coordinate online sales teams to achieve set sales targets.

• Creativity in designing and executing online marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive sales.
