Job Description and Scope of Work

Sales Strategy & Selling

  • Develop and implement the Sales Strategy according to business plan and in line with the market development
  • Analyze and use of brand(s) potentials and needs
  • Develop and implement activities to achieve sales target (GMV)
  • Develop and steer individual brand(s) agreements
  • Negotiate annual/agreements/sales contracts in order to meet the brand(s) Strategy & Business Plan

Consumer/Customer Insights

  • Establish, Maintain, Develop professional customer relationship with long term view.
  • Participate actively in Key Account/Dealer/ Channel events
  • Consult customers in regards to market activities, campaigns & product information
  • Create strategic thinking & activities to develop their business for the brand(s)
  • Continuously review and develop processes & tools to proactively increase brand(s) performance

Team Management

  • Maintains a climate that attracts, retains and motivate top quality personnel
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
  • Supports and oversees cross-functional teams throughout the marketing department, ensuring synergies across different functions
  • Provides direction, resources to the team while empowering the team within their authorized work scope so as to achieve the final objective of coaching the potential team members to success

Knowledge management

  • Ensure best possible knowledge (self study, colleagues or trainings)
  • Market & knowledge (esp. concerning customers & consumers)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major and coming from Local Top University.
  • Minimum have basic and experience as Key Account Manager/Relationship Manager in retail (preferably from e-commerce)
  • Preferably candidate with strong connection & network to main distributors and brands
  • Preferably candidate with credible reputation and relationships amongst suppliers and other members of the industry
  • Strong Ms. Excel skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
