  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibility
  • Assisting in creating and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Identifying potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Preparing interview materials and ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Assisting in evaluating candidates' resumes, cover letters, and interview performance.
  • Updating candidate information and tracking the recruitment process in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Providing administrative support during the onboarding process of new hires.

Requirements
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from reputable universities majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or other related fields.
  • Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 platform.
  • Available for at least 3 months.
  • Have no mobility issues (will be working from Tokopedia Tower, Jakarta Selatan).
