Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Community Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for engaging with communities and driving marketing strategies in the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage and edit content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, creating engaging, visually appealing posts that resonate with the audience.

• Marketing Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing calendars and promotional strategies.

• Customer Engagement: Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Community Building: Engage with the community on WhatsApp, Telegram, and other social platforms, maintaining a positive and interactive brand presence.

• Creative Campaigns: Assist with the ideation and execution of creative marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of our restaurants.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified and consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

• Influencer Outreach: Conduct Key Opinion Leader (KOL) outreach, manage relationships, and collaborate with influencers to maximize brand exposure.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, customer engagement, or community management.

• Prior work experience in Singapore, preferably in the F&B industry, is highly desirable.

• Strong ability to respond promptly and empathetically to customer messages across various platforms.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media tools.

• Fluent in English and proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with influencer collaborations and KOL management.
