Job Description

  • Develop and maintain the HSE system in line with regulations (SMK3)
  • Implement HSE training and standardize safety processes across teams
  • Conduct HSE campaigns, risk assessments, and provide feedback to leaders on best safety practices (projects, production processes, machine equipment operations)
  • Execute the implementation of HSE OPEX & CAPEX
  • Work closely with HRGA & Legal team to ensure legal compliance on Health, Safety & Environment

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experienced in HSE
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, OHS, or Industrial Engineering
  • Good knowledge in Health, Safety & Environment
  • OHS Certification (Ahli K3 Umum) & OHS Auditor (Auditor SMK3)
  • Additional personal licenses or certifications related to safety and environment are an advantage
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Willing to be placed in Lampung
