Role Summary:

Assist in the organization's health and safety policy and procedures so that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment.

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver and track safety, quality and other EHS trainings for new and existing employees, schedule monthly safety meetings and prepare presentation and run period reports.
  • Handle all safety clerical and administrative support including: maintaining files, preparing and distributing reports, organizing the flow of information.
  • Assist in the conduct of safety audits to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions.
  • Assist to investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with specialists and health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
  • Recommend changes to working conditions to ensure all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and the organization complies with all regulations and laws, and internal safety policies and standards.
  • Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern.
  • Assist in the education and training of the organization’s workforce on health and safety to ensure they understand and comply with the health and safety policies and standards.
  • Provide first aid if required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A basic school certificate.
  • Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
