MISSION

  • Conduct optimal monitoring and supervision of HSE aspects in the application of safe workplace standards and programs, consistently and sustainably, sharing safety practices during Regular Safety Talks.
  • Actively participate in implementing QHSE-related procedures to improve quality, ensure work safety, and protect the environment.

Placement : SCN Logistics Group (Subsidiary of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure compliance with and enforcement of all safety regulations, especially during work activities.
  2. Ensure that all personnel work according to workplace quality and safety standards.
  3. Ensure that all safety equipment to be used is certified and functional.

ACTIVITIES

  1. Arrange and supervise the work area and the work itself, according to JSA/HIRA and K3L Inspection results.
  2. Inspect and examine work areas/workplaces to ensure they are safe for work before and periodically during work activities.
  3. Inspect and check the equipment to be used for work, such as Heavy Equipment, Lifting and Transport Equipment, and their accessories, as well as additional tools and devices.
  4. Prepare the necessary documentation for the work equipment to be used and ensure the tools are inspected with the H&S Specialist before activities begin.
  5. Lead Tool Box Talks before work begins and actively participate in Safety Talks/Safety Meetings and other safety-related meetings.
  6. Ensure that all employees are aware of their duties and responsibilities in the event of an emergency at the workplace.
  7. Directly intervene with workers who have engaged in unsafe actions and halt unsafe/dangerous work or processes that could potentially cause environmental pollution.
  8. Prepare BAP Documents and other related documents when a Safety Event occurs, no later than 2 hours after the incident, as a reference for H&S Specialist/Management in conducting investigations.
  9. Support Management, Department Managers, and Supervisors in defining and implementing HSE issues or those with significant impact.
  10. Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules and regulations.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct, including confidentiality agreements.
  12. Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
  13. Perform other assigned tasks and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for Monthly Reports and Department Objectives.

EXPERIENCE & DIPLOMA

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years working in the HSE field
  • Minimum certification of AK3 Muda or equivalent
  • Having AK3 Umum, SMK3 Auditor, ISO 14001 and/or 45001, and/or ISPS Code certification is an advantage
  • Rigging & Signalman certification
  • Experience and certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent is an advantage

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in Indonesian, spoken and written
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
