Job Overview

Responsible for the daily management of TTLS agencies, including but not limited to agency qualification & assessment for onboarding, agency exit, risk control etc., to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive policies based on the agencies' performance; Iterate policies for optimization and promote the growth of core indicators and the achievement of goals;
  • Align with business objectives, conduct analysis of the agencies operation in-depth, locate key issues and areas for improvements, propose solutions accordingly and ensure the quality of execution; provide necessary daily operational support to enable and enhance agency's capabilities;
  • Continuously work with cross-functional teams to improve agency creators' content quality and monetization capabilities, drive agency's compliant and sustainable operation;
  • Continuously work with cross-functional teams to improve and iterate agency management tools to achieve better agency management efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above with more than 3 years of work experience;
  • Relevant experience in internet monetization business or channel sales policy management;
  • High self-motivation, goal-oriented, and capable of systematic thinking, problem insight and solution;

Clear logic and strong data analysis capabilities;

  • Strong project operation capabilities, overall communication skills and team spirit;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneur spirit and integrity. Can accept business trips.

  • Maintain a get-it-done mindset: Be motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Possess a self-starter attitude: You should be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
