Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller to oversee and manage all financial operations at Soori Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to the hotel’s leadership team. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the property while ensuring that all financial practices comply with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the hotel’s profit engineering activities to maximize financial performance.
• Ensure all accounts and financial statements are up-to-date and maintained according to international standards and local government regulations.
• Prepare and monitor the department’s annual budget, taking corrective action as necessary to control costs while ensuring value for guests.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, particularly regarding hotel operating licenses and financial regulations.
• Manage the hotel’s financial performance, providing guidance on profit engineering and ensuring the protection of assets.
• Conduct regular financial reviews, including inventory management, cash handling, and cost control measures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and local financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing financial performance.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
