With significant funding and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and contribute to their continued growth

About the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position:

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic direction, and ensuring robust financial practices:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives and enhance shareholder value
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, facilitating fundraising efforts and ensuring effective communication of financial performance
  • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Work closely with other departments to support strategic initiatives and improve financial performance across the organization

This leader will play a critical role in shaping their financial strategy, managing investor relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills and experience needed:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the Fintech sector. Prior experience in Consumer Bank and/ or the credit card industry is desirable but not essential
  • Strong background in financial operations with substantial capital markets exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial transactions and investor relations
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
