Job Overview:
The Finance and Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire financial operations of the company, including the preparation of financial reports, handling taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to lead a finance team, working closely with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly consolidated financial reports for all outlets (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Statement of Equity, CALK).
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD) and Owners.
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy of daily accounting transactions across accounting systems (Xero, ESB, Quinnos).
- Create and control both monthly and yearly budgets and forecasts to align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and intangible assets, including managing depreciation processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and control company cash flow, focusing on Aged Payables and Aged Receivables.
- Manage and review all journal entries related to cash, bank transactions, and accounts payable.
- Ensure the creation of payment vouchers, general vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements with general ledgers, ensuring compliance with the company's financial goals.
- Control debts and fees paid to related companies.
- Manage and oversee all company tax activities, from planning and reporting to payment of various taxes (PPH 21, 23, 4 ayat 2, 26, PB1, VAT, BPHTB).
- Prepare tax invoices (PPn and PPh 23) and ensure tax equalization with profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile tax reports with the General Ledger and ensure compliance with e-Bupot (articles 23, 26, 4 ayat 2).
- Liaise with tax consultants and external auditors for compliance and audits.
- Create and review tax SOPs to ensure adherence to tax regulations and company standards.
- Develop, control, and implement finance SOPs for all company outlets to improve financial efficiency.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and control processes to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Responsible for calculating Food and Beverage COGS, management fees (Service Management Group, Base management, and GOP fees), and employee salaries, including BPJS Employment.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the Finance and Accounting Department team, ensuring effective communication and operational success.
- Provide training and guidance on financial and accounting best practices and compliance procedures.
- Regularly review and implement improvements in financial processes and workflows.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks for financial audits, tax planning, and compliance.
- Handle company bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in managing relationships with KPP and other relevant external parties.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with accounting software such as Myob, Jurnal.id, SAP, Zahir, Oracle, XERO, and ESB.
- Proficient in tax software including E-SPT PPh OP & Badan, E-Faktur, E-Billing, and E-Bupot.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and spreadsheets.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting (budgeting and control), and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in managing cash flow, budgeting, taxation, and auditing.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
