Chief Financial Officer

Position: CFO

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Head to join our team. As the Finance Accounting Head, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial accounting operations of the company
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
• Manage the company's inventory in different locations, ensuring accurate recording and tracking
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to accurately cost products and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Responsible for managing our inventory in different locations, accurately costing our manufacturing processes, and handling all taxation matters.
• Responsible for implementing new financial systems and software to improve our accounting processes and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Handle all taxation matters, including compliance, reporting, and planning
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and make necessary adjustments to the company's financial processes
• Implement new financial systems and software to streamline and improve the company's accounting processes
• Train and mentor accounting staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Mandatory CA or CPA or other relevant professional certification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, and 5 year in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company and multinational company
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with inventory management and costing
• In-depth knowledge of taxation laws and regulations
• Experience develop and implementing financial systems and software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Work from Jakarta (remotely) but willing to travel to Klaten
• Fluent speak English and reporting directly to CFO from US (will have a diffrent time zone)
• Have experience and exposure in Soft Commodity
