Job Description:

As the Accounting Supervisor at PT Bali Accounting Service, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations for our diverse clients, ensuring that all accounting and tax services are delivered accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for clients to provide professional consultancy on accounting and tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Accounting & Advisory Services:

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing expert advice on accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of financial reports, tax filings, and other client deliverables.

Collaboration with Finance Manager:

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that the financial strategies for clients are aligned with both internal standards and client-specific needs.
  • Assist in the development of financial solutions tailored to client requirements, including budgeting and forecasting.

Supervising the Accounting Team:

  • Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure all client work is handled with precision and professionalism.
  • Review and approve work performed by team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Ensure that the team meets all deadlines related to month-end closing, year-end closing, and tax submissions.

Financial Reporting & Analysis for Clients:

  • Prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow projections for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to help clients make informed business decisions, providing tailored recommendations based on their specific financial situation.

Internal Controls & Best Practices:

  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls for both the company and clients to ensure financial accuracy and protect assets.
  • Continuously review and recommend improvements to financial processes and client workflows for greater efficiency.

Collaboration with PT Kosong Satu:

  • Coordinate with PT Kosong Satu’s finance department to ensure consistency in financial reporting across the group.
  • Participate in group-wide financial strategy discussions and ensure adherence to group policies.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3-5 years in the accounting field;
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership role;
  • Experience with month-end and year-end close, and financial reporting;
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Xero, Zoho, or similar systems;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Familiarity with tax regulations is a plus.
