Consumable Supervisor (Store/Warehouse)

Technical Role:

• Lead operation of Warehouse/ Store activities.
• Responsible for inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Raise Miscellaneous Purchase Requisition for consumable items.
• Prepare and maintain data accordance to KPI Achievement
• Responsible for reviewed procedure, update, train and retrain subordinate
• Responsible to analysis and closing NCR.
• Responsible for SS implementation.
• Promote HSE in daily operation and assist safety officer for reviewed and during audit.
• Responsible for implementation Goods Warehouse Management
• Responsible for implementation of Chemical handling following the procedure required Comply with QHSE

Required Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma III
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar function (Warehouse, store or logistic)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Leadership role.
• Understanding for Manufacturing and Production process.
• Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
• Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
• Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
• Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
• Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
