Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with experience in IT
- Understand project management methodologies, preferably with experience managing projects for five years or more
- Experienced in using project management supporting software
- Able to create project plans including targets, mitigation, and risk according to project complexity
- Involved in project team development
- Task planning and delegating tasks according to the qualifications and abilities of team members
- Create strategies and implementation approaches according to project complexity
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, internal, and external teams
- Manage collaboration within the project team according to established rules, as well as those developed together
- Strive to create a positive work atmosphere, be proactive, and actively involved in managing the project
