  • Contribute to the development of frameworks that enhance scalability and sustainability of fintech solutions, including cloud and closed-loop payment systems
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Work closely with technical teams to oversee cloud infrastructure readiness, production scalability, and telemetry monitoring using tools like New Relic, Terraform, and Helm
  • Ensure that project deliverables align with business goals, compliance standards, and customer expectations


Requirements

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management, preferably in fintech or software development
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with closed-loop payment systems, financial transaction throughput, or telemetry monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or computer science
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management methodologies
