Responsibilities
- Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
- Build & strengthen relationship and approach Project Owners, AEC (Architect Engineer Consultant) and Contractors to implement BlueScope’s product specification for their project.
- Develop business strategies such as: marketing event, product presentation, etc, related to his/her responsible segment group and/or coverage area.
- Responsible for planning, managing, and developing numbers project pipeline and accountable for volume and margin.
- Responsible for increasing and developing premium products (painted and bare) in project pipeline.
- Supervise, coaching, motivate his/her own team in order to achieve goals
- Bachelor’s degree in fields of Civil or Architect (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years to work in project sales or specification or business development for industrial market segment in building & construction industry are preferred.
- Strong engagement with AEC, Project Owner and Contractors in Industrial, Commercial, residential, infrastructure & institutions market segments
- Strong communication skills, be able to write and speak confidently and clearly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD & Sketchup are preferred
