Immediate Requirement for Our Client : We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager for one of our esteemed clients.

Job Descriptions :

• Develop strategies and implement IT projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks to ensure smooth IT project execution.
• Develop, store, and maintain project documentation in a detailed and systematic manner.
• Foster effective coordination among all project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee project budgets any resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and manage IT project teams set objectives, and ensure the achievement of results according to established quality standards.
• Conduct regular communication with all stakeholders, including clients, to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present progress reports and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and recommendations for improvement.

Requirment :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Must have prior experience in the Multifinance industry.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with in-depth knowledge of IT technology and expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
• Experience with project development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, as well as risk management and issue resolution.
• Professional PMP certification is a plus.
