The Digital Product Management is integral to the digital product development, optimization, and maintenance of XL Axiata digital ecosystem, including websites, mobile apps, and other emerging platforms. Combining the roles of a Digital Business Analyst and Project Manager, this position ensures that business requirements are translated into user stories and digital workflows, prioritized based on data-driven insights, and delivered using agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities

  • User Focus Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and digitize business requirements, ensuring clarity, comprehensiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, digital workflows, and technical specifications for agile development teams, while ensuring that the needs and feedback of end users are central to product features Utilize digital tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for real-time requirement tracking, conducting regular review sessions with stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment.
  • Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Work with cross-functional digital teams to ensure backlog items are clear, estimated, and prioritized for sprint execution using agile project management tools. Continuously refine the backlog, leveraging data-driven insights, user feedback, and market trends to adapt to evolving digital needs.
  • User Centricity: Take user insights, feedback, satisfaction, engagement metrics and translate them into actionable digital product features, improvements, and new functionalities. Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure the design of the product enhances the user experience, focusing on ease of use, accessibility, and visual appeal. Balance business goals with user needs, ensuring that business objectives do not compromise the user experience by assessing how users interact with the digital product and derive more value from it.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead end-to-end development processes for digital initiatives, from discovery and wireframing to deployment and optimization.
  • Coordinate with product design, technical development, QA, IT, and business segment teams to ensure timely delivery of digital product.
  • Leverage digital project management platforms to monitor timelines, identify risks, and apply agile methodologies for continuous delivery.
  • Provide stakeholders and senior management with digital dashboard reports and real-time project updates.
  • Digital Product Quality Assurance: Partner with QA teams to define and automate testing processes, ensuring digital solutions meet the highest quality and user experience standards. Proactive in confirming user verification and acceptance and provide feedback to development teams for necessary adjustments.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding digital touchpoint initiatives. Use real-time collaboration tools to update stakeholders on progress, gather feedback, and ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement.
