IT Infrastructure Management Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure operations in the Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center in an end to end process (server, storage, data processing, data center facility).
• Manage information technology infrastructure capacity.
• Plan, implement and test the Disaster Recovery Center infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance of hardware and data center facilities on a regular basis in accordance with the provisions provided by the hardware manufacturing partner.
• Dispose of IT services and supporting components that are no longer needed while maintaining operational continuity and information security.
• Carry out scheduled data processing carefully and based on applicable technical instructions.
• Prepare, monitoring, and capacity planning reports containing information on actual IT resource capacity and utilization as well as optimization plans and/or additional capacity as needed.
• Maintain database integrity and performance through maintenance and change control.
• Identify, measure, monitor and control Information Technology risks.
• Managing IT Continuity in internal Bank.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Information System, Computer Science, or other related major.
• Experience handling IT Infrastructure, specifically in area:
• a. Data Center Facility & Operational Management
• b. Server, Storage, & Virtualization
• c. Database Platform Operational
• Having minimum 8 years experience in IT Infrastructure position, preferably in Banking or Financial Industry, including leadership experience in respective fields.
