System Analyst - Multifinance Industry

Job Descriptions

• Perform tech-engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving the company's business goals.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the technical team in system development.
• Design systems to enhance efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability of company products.
• Possess a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networks.
• Collaborate with the technical team to establish benchmarks, standards, technical specifications, and mechanisms for non-functional requirements.
• Work with users and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Develop tools and resources that help the team work more efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field, with at least 2 years of prior experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer.
• Must have experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance company.
• Proficient in planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing software development to ensure successful delivery to customers.
• Capable of leading a team, mentoring team members, and ensuring tasks are completed according to business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks, with enthusiasm for technological advancements.
• Skilled in identifying and solving technical issues in highly adaptive environments.
• Familiarity with GIT, CI/CD, virtualization, and containerization technologies, as well as tools for issue tracking.
• Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
