We are seeking a motivated and Admin Staffs to join our team at Manawa Studios.

Admin Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and provide a warm welcome upon arrival to the studio
  • Assist in studio inquiries and bookings
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming class reservations for clients
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, including common areas, changing rooms, and equipment
  • Perform daily studio opening and closing procedures, ensuring everything is set up for classes and equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Keep inventory of products and equipment
  • Assist with client's feedback, marketing and promotional initiatives

Requirements:

- Prior experience working in a operations or administrative role.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Experience in Pilates, wellness or fitness (eg. yoga / gym) industry preferred.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Location: Renon, Denpasar, Bali
