PT. Karunia Pilar Nusantara is currently hiring 6 month temporary Account Payable for our client (oil & gas company).

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Posting
  • Prepare request for budget re-allocation if WBS exceeded budget
  • Provide VAT and WHT reconciliation to Tax team (Tax reconciliation – Calculation vs GL)
  • Provide and ensure good coordination with the accountant for cash requirements, including payments for vendor invoices and payment requests. Inform the Accountant and Treasury if there is a request for accelerated payment
  • Assist Treasury by reviewing & providing confirmation for invoices prior payment execution. The objective is to avoid double payment.
  • Analyze the long outstanding SES/consignment report and follow up with the users
  • Analyze the AP Aging report, investigate for long outstanding AP
  • Provide the up-to-date data in AP-Treasury monthly pack, which including: status of long outstanding AP, SES, deposits, vendor master data update and any irregular issue to update
  • Monitoring and mentoring all the data /requirement needed for the VAT reimbursement project
  • Provide support to Accounting team on facilitating data preparation of audit sample request
  • Prepare journal reclass, which including prepare adjustment entry for prepaid and deposit related invoices (ie expat house rent)
  • Request to add / change vendor master data if needed Ad-hoc Tasks
  • Handling questions from SAP users and vendors regarding invoices
  • Advise proper procedure from Finance and Tax perspective
  • Verify vendor creation new request form to be sent to Intervention team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experiences as AP or Accounting areas.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Ability to meet deadline.
  • Good coordination and communication skills and team-work oriented.
  • Proficient in English, Ms. Office (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must)
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas Accounting is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must
