Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Admin Support Internship to our business.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Active student from any major
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus (not required).
  • Quick to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
  • Assist in document management, including filing, sorting, and processing data.
  • Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets and reports.
  • Conduct data clean-up and validation to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop efficient data entry processes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
