Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage knowledge of power electronics (e.g., AC-DC converters, DC-DC power supplies, UPS systems) to provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive activity to inform strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Identify and explore new revenue streams, including emerging technologies and untapped market segments.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies and resources effectively.
  • Set and manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability goals for the Indonesia market.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to regional leadership on performance metrics and growth plans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or country management, preferably in the power electronics, data center, or industrial automation sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a country-level operation and driving business growth.
  • Deep technical understanding of power electronics and related technologies.
  • Strong local market knowledge, including customer needs, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
