Responsible in the planning, implementation, and running all of IT projects from Local or HQ
Responsible for the daily operations of IT systems such as SAP, WMS, TMS, CRM, Power BI, Financial Applications, and other systems to running well
Responsible for checking IT Infrastructure such as Server Physical / Virtual, Network Device; checking / monitoring antivirus / firewall; backup data server process
Responsible in troubleshoot system application problem, internet problem, email problem, and troubleshoot hardware & software
Establish and control access system and IT security
Apply analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issues
Understand business problem and goals of users
Recommend solutions and technical solutions
Resolve conflict between user requirements
Support the implementation and rollout of the proposed solution
Present the findings to business stakeholders
Assist IT HOD in making Business Plan
Create IT Report: weekly, monthly, Quarterly, Half report and others (sales & cost report, etc)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
Minimum 4 years experiences in same position
IT system: SAP, WMS, TMS, CRM, Finance App, system database knowledge
OS (Windows, Linux, Android, IOS), Office, Office365 (Email, SharePoint, Power App, etc.)
Programming (HTML, PHP, Java Script), Database (SQL, MySQL)
Server (Physical or Virtual/VM Ware), Network (SDWAN/Internet, LAN/WIFI, Switch, UTM, VPN, ADSL)
Fluency in English
Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
Team leader, persuasive and innovative
Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
Logically and analytically minded
Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
