At the moment we are looking for Specialist Assistants to help us in Internal Technology, Operations & Project Support. We are looking for the right talent and we will place them in the right project! Some roles will be primarily in the office while other roles will have you out and about travelling the island.
The things we regard highly are:
Strong Communication Skills: Since you will be working with international clients, you need to be able to speak clearly and be understood by individuals who may not be experienced with communicating with talent outside of their countries.
Flexibility & Resiliance: We are a startup and sometimes we just need to get things done. Roles can change and new opportunities are opening up in the company all the time. We love working with people who have a “Get Sh*t Done” attitude! When things go wrong, pick yourself up and try again!
Competence & Independance: We love working with people who are good at what they do. We HATE micromanaging so we expect you to be able to do good work and to do it without a lot of supervision.
