Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and improve financial performance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts on a regular basis.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Accounting, Finance, Tax or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible financial leadership positions.
- Preferably speaking English and Mandarin
- Thorough understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
