Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and own the product roadmap for the MySF app, aligning it with Smartfrens overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize product features, improvements, and updates, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive user acquisition strategies, optimizing the onboarding experience for new customers and ensuring smooth account setup.
- Design in-app engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, notifications, and personalized offers to increase customer usage and satisfaction.
- Lead the end-to-end development of app features such as top-up processes, international customer onboarding, and loyalty incentives.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from users, analyze market trends, and ensure feature designs are customer-centric and aligned with the MySF apps goals.
