Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our human resources functions. This role is essential to ensuring our HR operations align with company goals and support a high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations management, a solid understanding of the mining industry, and a passion for developing and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Leadership:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure efficient and effective management of HR systems, processes, and data.
  • Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies.
  • Align HR operational practices with overall company objectives.

Talent Management:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent within the mining industry.
  • Oversee performance management processes to ensure consistent evaluation and development of employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues with fairness and professionalism.

Compliance & Optimization:

  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize HR processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a management or supervisory role overseeing HR operations.
  • Experience in the mining or a related heavy industry is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
