BTI Executive Search is currently helping our regional client for Sales Manager (Indonesia) role. The purpose of this role is to plan and execute sales activities in Indonesia to meet and exceed company targets for sales, market share growth, and profitability. Integrate into the regional Sales Organization and Sales Channels network, executing strategies for sustainable, double-digit growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial
- Sell the required product mix within pricing guidelines.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close orders for products and services.
- Regularly report sales forecasts, order activity, negotiation stages, pricing, and competitive information.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences with speeches and presentations.
Business Growth
- Develop short and long-term sales plans.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Devise strategies to meet sales objectives.
- Prepare and launch promotional or corrective actions.
Sales Channel Management
- Monitor relationships with resellers.
- Track sales performance within the reseller network.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build strategic relationships within the channel.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing with a solid track record.
- Strong technical expertise in paint, textile, automotive, printing, or design industries.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain long-term relationships with business partners (distributors, dealers, key accounts, end-users).
- Competent in working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possesses a global perspective and is willing to travel as required.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Adobe products is an advantage).
- Capable of professional communication at all organizational levels.
- Experienced in conducting product demonstrations.
