What Will You Do
This role will help high leadership in the Resident Acquisition & Service team to increase new user activation by acquiring and providing resident services. You will also be responsible to help in developing some digital services of customer care projects such as; House handover, handle complaints, etc. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new projects which can contribute to maximize our services.
- Design and plan channel strategy and features improvement
- Monitor our Customer care feature for BSD Resident (Document Pickup & Submission, Permit Request & Extension, Information Services, Ticket Inquiry, Contact Us - Customer Care, Handover), reporting and tracking, review performance and oversee execution
- Identify and improve on day-to-day process flow, to collaborate and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders
- Keep on track with market trends (competitive intelligence, competitor, benchmarking, etc.)
- Collaboration and coordination across team members
- Manage communication and good rapport with key stakeholders
- Lead planning and executing ad hoc projects
What Are The Requirements
- Freshgrads with Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields from a top tier university
- Min. 3-6 months internship experience in business development/sales experience field
- Experienced former internship in VUCA environment such as startup/tech companies will be prioritised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items
- Good verbal and written communication - including good powerpoint and excel skills
- Be able to work both as individual contributor as well as team players
- Ability to work on own initiative or to influence and project manage multiple stakeholders - track record of success working on a team to drive project completion.
- Enthusiastic attitude and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English
