About The Team
In this role you will be responsible in developing categories and the corresponding sub-categories by building a robust team, and conducting prioritization of sub categories, leads identification, leads generation, acquisition, incubation, and performance improvement & management.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition: Oversee the complete merchant acquisition process, from offline events/meetings to lead generation, cold outreach, and onboarding.
- Incubation:
- Identify high-potential merchants and drive rapid incubation by product category, focusing on nurturing, growth, retention, and advancement.
- Establish and implement effective SOPs and incubation strategies to enhance key seller metrics such as GMV and content supply.
- Manage communication channels and seller engagement through platforms like Lark and instant messaging for mass account management activities, including forecasting, troubleshooting, education, and incubation.
- Leverage data to identify challenges, define business needs, uncover opportunities, and prioritize solutions.
- Partnership: Develop and manage scalable acquisition and incubation programs by building and maintaining ecosystem partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- 2+ years experience in acquisition or account management role
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
- Ability to analyze seller performance data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Team collaboration and relationship-building
- Experience and seller resources in ID or SEA E-commerce markets
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop operation
- Proficiency in using analytics tools
