Responsibilities:

- Sell products and services to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets.

- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote the full product, system, and service offering, and align to provide solutions.

- Prepare sales strategies, plans, and manage sales funnels daily.

- Coordinate and prepare offers in collaboration with the bid team.

- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes.

- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and deliver results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a technical background and knowledge of customer business, particularly in the vibration monitoring product

- Proactive, strategic, collaborative, and result-oriented individual.

- Solution-focused approach with experience in customer handling and key account management.

- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Condition Monitoring and Alignment business is an advantage.

- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.

- Willingness to travel across Indonesia, including remote areas, particularly Kalimantan Island.
